We were so happy to have visitors again this last week - Chris' father, mother and grandmother came from St. George, Utah and his brother's family came from Alabama. His sister Nancy is also in town for a two-week break between travel nursing contracts. We feel so blessed to have such wonderful supportive family members and so many people to love Connor already :)
Grandpa Dave and Grandma Kay wasted no time cuddling and playing with Connor - this photo was taken right when we picked them up from the airport.
Connor went on his first boat ride with the whole group - We went to Branson and took a dinner cruise on Table Rock Lake. It was a beautiful day . . . we are so excited for fall time so we can spend more time outside as a family!
In just the one week while they were here, Connor got noticeably stronger. He is holding his head up longer and more frequently every day. Grandma Kay bought Connor a bumbo too keep working on all his amazing skills ;)
On Sunday, Chris was able to give Connor a name and blessing at church. It was a beautiful blessing - Chris did such a good job, and Connor was so sweet and slept through the whole thing. At the end, Chris held him up for the congregation to see - Connor caught the loop on his pacifier with his fingers and threw it across the stand - so funny! We loved his little white outfit . . . especially his hat and mini tie :)

Holy cow!! Where to start?? He is looking so grown up! I am in love with his adorable tie. Kay's hair has gotten so long. And Jessi, you are looking amazing :) Love you all and only a few more months until I get to cuddle and play with that cute boy too :D

Connor is such a cute baby! Everyone's been telling us how much fun they had visiting you guys. We're excited to see you at Christmas time!
